Not only that, but it's located directly above what is known to be one of the best and most delectably giving restaurants in Traverse City, Trattoria Stella. Enjoy worldly wines and exquisite Italian dishes, steps from the elevator to your royal suite. Few places better to retreat to and relax than around the gas fire on the balcony. In the day time the Commons has some of the best and most unique breakfast locations TC has to offer; Sugar2Salt & Red Spiral. Stay and Play Like a Local!

We ask that you treat the property as if it was your own property. Please be aware of the condition of items in the house/unit, and if you notice anything broken when you arrive, contact us to let us know. We also ask that you watch noise levels at night, as we have a close relationship with our neighbors/tenants and do not want to cause any problems. Please no loud music or disturbances. Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10 pm, so please respect these rules.

Other things to note:
There is a baby pack and play with a mattress and extra sheets, it's in the closet of the master bedroom, and a high chair in the laundry room. 
Please be respectful of our neighbors and treat the home as if it were your own.
Have an absolutely wonderful time here!
