Experience luxury and comfort in this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home with private East Grand Traverse Bay frontage. Just minutes from the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival, it’s the perfect getaway for outdoor enthusiasts. Enjoy kayaking or paddleboarding on the bay, then retreat to the gourmet kitchen for a meal, or gather by the inviting stone fireplace for cozy evenings. With two stories of living space and an additional detached bunkhouse, this home is ideal for families or groups looking for both relaxation and adventure.

The bunkhouse does not have central heating in the winter but a space heater will be provided. The bathroom will also be closed up.
Please note: The water is scheduled to be shut off Oct 28th early afternoon for the lawn and in the bunkhouse.
