This just-completed luxury condo is conveniently located just steps from downtown, restaurants, boutique shopping, cocktails, entertainment, and the beautiful shoreline of Lake Michigan, Grand Haven State Park, and the channel.

We really enjoyed the lovely condo. It was perfect for a weekend in grand haven. The condo was brand new and so clean and nice. Very walkable to downtown. The place is great.

This condo has been designed with guest comfort as a priority. The cozy open living area connects to the fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops. A breakfast bar and dining area provide plenty of space for everyone to gather together for brunch and coffee or gourmet dinners. Sliders lead to your own private covered deck with an outdoor living space, additional dining area and electric grill.

The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and includes a queen bed and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The lower-level bedroom features one set of twin bunks and an additional queen bed. This space has access to a full bath with a walk-in shower. An additional half bath with laundry can be found on the main floor.

PARKING
There is one parking space available. **Please note that the parking garage is under construction.**
