Grand Landing #302 Description

We really enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were perfect for us, the condo was very clean and comfortable, and we definitely plan to return.

You will love this great, well-appointed condo with balcony access from the living room, guest bedroom, and loft area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and has an open floor plan with a living room and dining area. A master bedroom is down the hallway to the right and has a King bed and en suite master bath with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom is conveniently located next to the master and has a slider out to the balcony.

Down the hallway to the right is an additional guest bedroom with a Queen bed. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is conveniently located just outside the hall.

Upstairs you will find a spacious loft area with an additional King bed. There is plenty of sleeping space in this condo.

OUTSIDE
Enjoy an evening taking in a sunset on the private balcony or nice walk downtown for dinner. There is a Beach Wagon and Chairs available for your use.

Parking is first come first serve

THE LOCATION
Located in the retail space below the condos are dry cleaners, an ice cream shop, and an upscale restaurant. Just a few feet in either direction is a bakery, coffee shop, and several fast-food restaurants. Conveniently located off US 31 and only minutes by car or a short walk to downtown Grand Haven, there is plenty to do with parks, marinas, beaches, shopping, and restaurants nearby.

Take a walk on the boardwalk along the channel out to the Grand Haven Lighthouse and make sure you schedule a day to spend at the beach, playing in the sand and splashing in the waves-you will love the beautiful Grand Haven beach!

Our stay here was perfect. The bedrooms were just as they were posted with enough space for everyone. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean with all the amenities needed. We appreciated the beach stuff, especially the chairs and umbrella. The location is perfect with plenty to eat around (Paisley Pig at the bottom of the building is VERY good). Easy drive to downtown and the beach (it s an easy walk to downtown and the evening fountain show if you don t mind walking a mile). Thank you for a great stay. We would definitely stay again next year.

We had a wonderful stay in Grand Haven with our 2 kids and 4 adults. The condo has ample parking and was in a great location to easily drive to the downtown area or local beaches. The beds were comfortable, it was a quiet location, and we had everything we needed for a fun week! Thanks for hosting us.
