- **Mark**: "Troy was responsive and the place was fine. We stayed 2 months and there were some frustrating things that were unexpected. The dryer lint trap was broken and had jagged edges that kept destroying clothing, I reported it right away but it wasn't fixed until the week we left. The hot tub was broken and we weren't made aware until check-in. There was also a huge "cleaning fee" mid-stay, we're talking about $300 for "restocking essentials" however nothing was restocked during our stay. When I asked what was restocked I never got an answer. Upon check in there was not even hand soap in the dispensers. The lock was changed twice because our stay was do long but each time we were sent the new code, it was incorrect and we were locked out waiting to hear from the host was the correct code Our stay was fine, not great but fine."
