This home also features a hot tub and gas fire pit on the third-floor decks. We provide beach chairs and towels for your convenience, along with a washer and dryer. There is a 75-inch flat-screen TV with Bluetooth soundbar. The first floor has a separate efficiency apartment. All the floors are 4" thick concrete, so you will not likely to hear any noise. However, we ask that after 10 p.m., noise is kept to a minimum. Due to triple pane windows and super insulation, you will not hear any exterior noise inside the house. The neighborhood This home is located in Slabtown, a cute neighborhood on the West side of Traverse City. Getting around Park your car and walk. Downtown is only 3 blocks away! Other things to note This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all indoor and outdoor areas. There are up to four parking spaces in the back of the house and a two-car garage if you have items, such as bikes, to store. The first floor is comprised of the garage and a separate AirBNB apartment with a separate entry. Please note the garage is a shared space with the first floor apartment and occasionally the owners alap access the garage for personal items.
