SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Upstairs Loft: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
Living Room: Sleeper sofa (best for 1–2)

GUEST ACCESS:
Enjoy the entire loft to yourself. Smart‑lock self check‑in with a unique code sent before arrival.

PARKING:
On‑site: One assigned parking spot (arrival details shared before check‑in)
Car‑free options: Hop on the TART/Boardman Lake Loop for an easy cruise to parks, beaches, and Front Street.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Just outside the downtown core—close to dining, breweries, coffee, bay beaches, and the Boardman/Ottaway River corridor. Skip the parking hunt and explore by foot or bike.

GOOD TO KNOW:
Stairs are required to access the loft bedroom.
Quiet hours: 10pm–8am
No parties or events; no smoking
For guests traveling with infants, a pack 'n play or crib can be provided upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.

‼️Important Pet Policy: This is a strictly non-pet-friendly property. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Guests who bring an unauthorized pet onto the property will be charged a $250 fine.
