This historic 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, located on E Front St, offers you a unique opportunity to experience the charm of the Martinek Building, which has been a cherished part of Traverse City's rich history. Originally built in 1922, the Martinek Building has been lovingly restored to provide you with modern comfort while preserving its timeless character. With a comfortable layout that accommodates up to 4 adults and 3 children, our condo is the perfect spot for your family or group getaway. The condo was meticulously renovated and designed in 2023, ensuring that every detail caters to your comfort and convenience. **Kitchen** Our kitchen is a masterpiece, custom-built to meet all your culinary needs. It's equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. Whether you're a seasoned chef or just want to heat up some leftovers from the fantastic local restaurants, you'll find this kitchen a joy to use. **Bedrooms** The master bedroom is a sanctuary of relaxation. It offers quick access to our expansive back patio, which is completely private to our unit. The comfortable bed and thoughtfully selected furnishings provide a cozy retreat after a day of exploring Traverse City. Equipped with a large ensuite bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. In the bedroom you'll find a large walk in closet for storage. The second bedroom offers privacy & a separate full bathroom (with tub). Beautiful brick walls & a large closet for storage! The third sleeping option is ideal for children, however there is one thing to note; to access the loft sleeping area it is required to take a spiral metal staircase that is narrow. Once in the loft, please note the ceiling hight is roughly 3 ft! **Outdoor Space** Step outside onto our spacious back patio, which offers an outdoor dining area and a lounging space. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of local wine while taking in the stunning views of the Boardman River and Grand Traverse Bay. The patio is also an excellent place for family gatherings or enjoying a quiet moment in the fresh Traverse City air. You may access from our back entrance or via the Primary bedroom! Our unit offers two entry doors. One directly from Front Street for easy access after a day out in town! The back entrance is from the alley, where we offer two parking spaces. You'll take two flights of stairs up to our back entrance off the back patio. **Location** You won't find a more prime location in Traverse City! Situated on Front Street, you're within walking distance of everything downtown Traverse City has to offer. From nationally recognized restaurants, bars, locally-owned shops, breweries, and tasting rooms, to the pristine shores of Grand Traverse Bay and the beach, you'll have access to all the best this charming city has to offer. Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Elevated Homes And Hospitality will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Elevated Homes And Hospitality will match it.
