OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Water Access Notice The bay views from the property are beautiful; however, we do not own shoreline rights. The beach directly across the street is private property. Trespassers will be ticketed. Please do not use neighboring docks or access the water from in front of the home. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors at all times. Nearby public beaches include: Elmwood Park Roadside Park & Beach (M-22, just north of Cherry Bend Drive) West End Beach (Traverse City) If returning from the beach, please rinse your feet and enter through the back entrance. Access to the home is not impacted. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes for travel or checking Google Maps for alternative routes during your stay.
