Our outdoor area boasts plenty of seating for all guests to take in the incredible surroundings. There is a beach fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows under the stars. You'll also find two paddle boards and two kayaks available for your use, so you can explore the bay at your leisure. Inside, the 60's decor style gives this home a unique and nostalgic feel. With three comfortable bedrooms, there is ample space to sleep up to eight guests. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, while Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, comfortably sleeping two in each. The third bedroom features 2 double beds, providing ample sleeping space for up to four guests. The living room overlooks Grand Traverse Bay and offers guests smart TV for streaming. Our sectional couch and many board games provided offer guests another great space to make memories. There are two bathrooms in the house - the first is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and toilet, while the second is a half bathroom with a toilet. Additionally, there is a shower room located behind the kitchen for guests to use. In the dining room, you'll find a wood-burning fireplace that overlooks the east bay, perfect for cozy nights in. For insurance and liability reasons, guests are strictly not permitted to tie any watercraft to the dock under any circumstances. *Our dock does not allow for overnight boat parking,. We welcome all boaters, but ask that you bring a mooring station for overnight use. The dock can be used for loading / unloading and temporary use! Pet Policy: Guests must inform us in advance or immediately after booking if they plan to bring a pet. A $100 non-refundable fee PER PET will apply, as well as a $500 refundable pet security deposit.
