Walking into the condo, you will feel the tranquility and zen! The open living space has a very clean, minimalist design. Our beautiful contemporary kitchen has abundant cabinet space that is fully stocked for all your cooking necessities. Coffee and a coffee maker are provided (Nespresso machine as well as standard), plus oil & spices, cooking supplies, and more! The living room features a Samsung 4K Smart TV which allows for easy streaming and comes equipped with cable. And don't forget to step out onto the balcony immediately off the living area, where you can enjoy the fresh Northern Michigan air. Both bedrooms offer designer queen beds with high-end linens, walk-in closets, and ensuite full bathrooms. Bathrooms are fully equipped with eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels. We also provide a twin blow up mattress for additional guests if needed. The Trailside45 building has an extra large common area/lounge also located on the 4th floor of the building where you will find desk space for remote workers, couches, big screen TV, kitchenette, and dining tables for your enjoyment. Each floor also has separate bike rooms with plenty of space to store your bikes. We are just steps from the TART trail where you can walk or pedal within minutes to award winning restaurants, shops, beaches, wineries, and all that Traverse City has to offer. We are a 5 minute drive to downtown TC (parking garages & street parking available), or drive 2 minutes up the road to the nearest public beach (Clinch Park).
