This upper-floor two-bedroom has that same quality, light, welcoming, and graceful in an understated way. It's a comfortable home base for two couples, a small family, or anyone who wants their own room to come back to after a full day in TC.

Two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a layout that gives everyone room to breathe. Remodeled with care from a building that's been part of TC for a while, with birch-themed design details woven in without overdoing it. Economy upscale: put-together enough to feel good, honest enough to feel real.

OUTDOOR + COMMUNAL SPACES

Birch guests have access to the Timberline Collection's shared communal area, a proper outdoor setup with seating, a picnic table, a new grill, and a large umbrella. One of the better ways to spend a TC evening without going anywhere.

One dedicated parking spot included. Street parking available.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Right by the TART Trail, with The Filling Station, Raduno, and a strong stretch of local restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance. The neighborhood has real energy at night, including a nightclub behind the building. Sound machines are in every unit and do the job well, but this is Traverse City, not a quiet countryside retreat. Good to know going in.
